Per the seller, in 2008, there was about $40,000 worth of work done on her hull, including some refastening and new planking. The engine was refreshed about 200 hours ago with new injectors, water pump, starter and a few other items. She started and ran well when I visited the boat.
The current owner does not know what she's coated with. It seems to be a plaster of some sort.
She has a wood keel with piece of copper running from the bow, back under the boat, so she can break ice if need be. The bottom is reported to be in good condition by the diver, but she may need bottom paint fairly soon.
